Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the development of Pulsetto’s physical product line. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing the product life cycle, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions in wellness, medical, and military applications. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and manage the product roadmap for physical devices in the wellness, medical, and military markets. Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of MVPs and final products. Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead testing efforts to ensure product compliance with ISO, CE, and other regulatory standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and supply chain, to align product goals with company objectives. Resource Management: Implement budgeting, team hour tracking, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product management roles, preferably with physical products. Strong background in product development, testing, and launch processes. Experience working with wellness, medical, or hardware devices is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, CE). Lithuanian language – native; English language – minimum B2. Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and drive decisions. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
