Sales lead (Director of the company) is responsible for achievement of sales and profitability targets within approved budget of Orkla Confectionary & Snacks Lithuania. The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate profitable revenues and lead to sustainable growth. Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable opportunities to grow revenue and market share within the market. As a leader of the business unit, strives to lead by example, consistently demonstrating values of the organization. Job responsibilities: Understand the value drivers of the business and identify profitable opportunities to grow revenue and market share in Lithuania. Develop, lead and manage all commercial and operational activities of the business unit. Implement commercial strategy according to company strategy, goals and objectives. Deliver agreed strategic and operational objectives. Develop and maintain an excellent team understanding of the customers needs and objectives. Maintain strong partnership with key customers. Ensure effective communication with all major stakeholders, build and maintain partnerships to achieve business objectives. Lead performance of commercial activities, ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency and other targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) in line with business objectives. Provide accurate, timely and concise reports on areas of responsibility. Build and manage an effective team with a strong customer, quality and outcome focus; drive continuous improvement in sales team activity and sales team members, processes and tools effectiveness. Oversee and manage the operations of the company, manage relations with 3rd part service providers. Preferred competencies: Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business administration or respective qualification. At least 5 years experience in Sales Management in an international organization. Business planning, administration and decision making. Income generation and sales skills, including great customer relations. Team building, coaching. Strategically minded, creative and analytical thinker. Influencing skills, both in written and verbal communication and negotiations. Collaborative, solution focussed approach to problem solving. Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a target driven environment. Language skills: Lithuanian – 5; English – at least 4 (Level 1 = basic, Level 2 = good, Level 3 = very good, Level 4 = fluent, Level 5 = mother tongue) We offer: Salary level: €5500 – €6000 per month (before taxes) Indicative salary indicated.
