As a member of Deal Advisory team you will participate in financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and other similar projects. Join KPMG and: Be an integral part of local and international financial due diligence, valuations, M&A and other projects; Work as part of a team, support clients in highly confidential buy-side and sell-side transactions; Analyze the historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets of the business to help inform on the underlying business drivers feeding through into a review of projections; Highlight the risk areas our clients should be aware of, including matters impacting the pricing of a transaction; Assist in the delivery of high-quality service by managing your time effectively, planning and organizing engagements, monitoring progress and meeting deadlines; Perform client and industry research and prepare materials to support pitches and proposals to clients. We expect: At least 3 years of previous work experience in business analysis, financial due diligence, financial auditing, business valuation or other related area; A strong interest in business analysis and financial due diligence; Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English and Lithuanian; Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions; The ability to operate in high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams; A strong academic background with a financial qualification such as ACCA / CFA or equivalent experience (or being in the process of obtaining such), would be an advantage; Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
