We are strengthening our team and looking for Maintenance Control Center Engineer to join Heston Airlines. MAINTENANCE CONTROL CENTER ENGINEER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Communicating effectively with contracted maintenance organizations; Overseeing all maintenance requirements to ensure fleet compliance with regulations; Identifying and evaluating opportunities to perform maintenance activities in alignment with operational schedule constraints; Tracking defects and recording maintenance compliance using the maintenance tracking program; Collaborating daily with the airline OCC/CD division to ensure efficient sharing, status updates, and timely response to operational schedule changes; Monitoring the use of MEL (Minimum Equipment List) and CDL (Configuration Deviation List) to uphold flight safety and regulatory compliance; Evaluating maintenance and pilot-reported discrepancies and developing recovery plans for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations; Planning and coordinating non-routine maintenance tasks based on the flight schedule; Coordinating with flight operations, maintenance teams, and procurement/logistics teams regarding fleet status, parts delivery, and other operational needs; Ensuring strict adherence to aviation safety standards; Performing additional duties as assigned by the Direct Manager. YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE: Aeronautical/university aviation degree or an equivalent qualification; Previous experience in a PART-145 organization, Airline MCC, or CAMO, which would be a significant advantage; General knowledge and understanding of aviation safety standards and aircraft maintenance practices; Previous GEN FAM training on A320 family aircraft would be considered an advantage; A willingness and readiness to work in shifts, including night shifts; Motivation, eagerness to learn, and adaptability; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
