About the job: Your tasks: Lead the Banking business consulting team and be responsible for projects which create target operating models, system migrations, process improvements, change management, creating business strategies, IT architecture, software implementation and more Motivate your team and ensure professional development of each if its members by utilizing Synpulse’s wide range of development opportunities Excel on the execution of projects by active client facing consulting to understand their vision and needs Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term customer success, transform business requirements into solutions and understand strategic business needs and plans to sustain growth End-to-end project delivery and quality responsibility including transition to post-go-live phases Review and analyze different aspects of our clients’ business to provide suggestions for improvement Develop and lead the preparation, management, and implementation of business projects About you: 2 – 5 years of experience in business consulting of banking clients and overall 5+ years of professional experience in Banking Familiarity with business models of banks Brings IT and technology as well as affinity to methods Led teams of 8 people or more Performed as project manager at medium or large-sized strategy or IT projects Holds a Master’s degree at a renowned university Strong work ethic and leadership skills Is willing to travel to client’s site in Europe on a regular basis Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English Is strong in analytical and conceptional tasks Why us: Attractive performance bonus based on project performance up to 10% 5 extra vacation days Sick leave compensation 100% from day 1 Overtime fully paid or compensated based on your preference Work-life balance (flexible working time, home-office) Language courses paid by the company Third pillar contribution Social benefits – ProCare Health Package, Multisport card Dedicated time for individual training with our own Academy and external certifications Leisure events (regular team building activities, sporting events) Team breakfast & lunch once a week paid by company Friendly and informal environment 5 sessions with a psychologist per year Salary offered for this position starts at 3400 EUR .
