What You Will Do You will actively contribute to product discovery and delivery, collaborating with product, tech, and operations teams. By optimizing managerial reports and delivering detailed analyses, you will ensure stakeholders are regularly informed. You will stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with product managers to enhance current solutions. You will research potential fintech partners, lead commercial discussions, and manage the onboarding processes of new service providers. You will monitor key metrics, analyze drivers, and work with teams to implement mitigation plans when needed. You will maintain strong relationships with partners through regular calls, operational management, and re-negotiations. You will actively work on optimizing payment processing using so-called routing and addressing high-impact issues related to downtime, internal technical problems, or risks, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption. What You Will Need Your previous experience in a FinTech e-commerce company will provide you with the understanding needed to navigate complex financial operations in a fast-paced environment. Your experience in dealing with third parties such as banks and fintech companies, negotiating commercial and contractual terms. Your technical expertise in Google Suite tools and MS Excel will enable you to manage complex analyses and streamline operations. Your solid legal, financial, and e-commerce knowledge will help you navigate and resolve complex issues related to FinTech operations. Your fluency in English will allow you to confidently handle emails, calls, and meetings with business partners, ensuring smooth communication in a global environment. Your clear and effective communication skills will help you convey complex ideas and collaborate with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders. Your self-driven, proactive attitude and result-oriented mindset will ensure you take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality outcomes. Your leadership qualities will allow you to mentor and guide your colleagues, creating a supportive learning environment within the team. Your independent judgment, critical thinking, a sense of careful analytical approach together with a passion for a dynamic environment and product features.
