We are seeking a talented and proactive HR and Recruitment Specialist for the maternity leave replacement to join our team with a possibility to stay for a permanent position. In this role, you will take full ownership of our HR and Recruitment processes across our multicultural team. This position will oversee HR processes, recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent for our new production site. Your role: Lead organization and leadership development efforts, collaborating with leaders to address root causes of people related organization issues. Arrange regular 1:1 with the leaders. Maintain our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners. Lead the recruitment process to identify and hire qualified candidates for the whole company. Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and leave management. Promote a strong organizational culture that reflects UP Catalyst values enhancing employee engagement, well-being and retention. Ensure consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures. Provide support to employees and managers when required. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization. Some of the key traits we are looking for include: Minimum 2 years of previous experience in HR and Recruitment field in international teams. Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations. Experience in coaching managers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced start-up environment. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change. Prior experience or interaction with coaching leadership is bonus.
