Job Description We are on a mission to grow our restaurant business across the North region (Nordics, Baltics, and Luxembourg), and we are looking for a commercially-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Restaurant and Partnerships Marketing, you will be a key player in driving growth for both our core restaurant business and the Wolt+ user base within the Latvian market. In this role, you will work closely with the country’s commercial team (including the General Manager, Head of Commercial, Account Managers, and Promotion Manager) to meet both local and regional growth targets. Your main KPIs will include sales, order volume, average order value, and retention, with a strong focus on achieving results through strategic campaign planning and execution. Your responsibilities will also include executing on the yearly global and regional plans, and creating local marketing plans, ensuring that campaigns feature relevant partners and offers for optimal market growth. You will take the lead in locally-driven campaigns, working directly with key restaurant partners to boost mutual visibility and drive shared growth. You will also oversee the vertical budget efficiency and ensure that all campaigns are aligned with regional strategic plans, driving growth and ensuring the success of our restaurant vertical in the Latvian market. Responsibilities & Duties You will be responsible for driving the overall growth of our core restaurant business line in the Latvian market, as well as for expanding the Wolt+ user base in the market. You will work closely with our country commercial team (General Manager, Head of Commercial, Account Managers, and Promotion Manager) to meet both country-specific and regional growth targets for our restaurant vertical. Your marketing peers are part of our lean regional marketing team, which handles various regional campaigns. You will collaborate with them to brief and align on campaign execution to ensure timely delivery. You will be responsible for planning and executing the yearly global, regional, and local marketing plans, ensuring that our marketing campaigns feature the most relevant partners and offers to drive solid market growth. You will plan all locally-driven marketing campaigns and activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager responsible for Retail and Wolt market business lines. Together, you will develop a comprehensive marketing plan consisting of global, regional, and local campaigns. Locally-driven marketing campaigns will be planned in partnership with our key restaurant partners in the market. Your goal is to increase mutual visibility between our partners’ brands and Wolt, driving shared growth. You will participate in merchant meetings with the Sales and Key Account Management teams, leading marketing discussions. You will own and nurture marketing relationships with our large enterprise accounts and other merchants. You will customize marketing pitches for new restaurant merchants, analyzing growth potential and proposing mutually beneficial marketing investments to unlock growth. You will collaborate with larger non-restaurant partners in the region (pan-Nordic / pan-Baltic), driving cross-market projects. You will manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, and in-app campaigns (briefing, project management, and end-to-end campaign execution). You will oversee the vertical budget efficiency and ensure integrated partnership campaigns are aligned with holistic regional plans. Our humble expectations 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within e-commerce and / or retail. Strong understanding of how business targets can be translated into marketing plans and activities aimed at growth. Self-driven and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. A strategic mindset, with a willingness to drive campaigns at an operational level, focusing on leading key stakeholders within a complex organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Capable of developing both long-term and short-term marketing plans, adapting strategies based on performance. Proven experience in managing marketing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external (e.g., production agency, internal media agency, performance marketing team, CRM team, promotion team, and commercial team). Experience in an international working environment is an advantage. Open-minded, with a positive “can-do” attitude. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience within the restaurant industry, particularly on the partner side, is a plus. This role is based in Latvia. Annual salary for the role is 35.000-45.000€ which is adjusted and increased depending on qualifications and professional experience.
