At Banca Transilvania we develop digital products and solutions dedicated to our Legal entities clients. We are looking for a new colleague who will have the following responsibilities: UAT testing: – Defines the test scenarios correctly and completely, in accordance with the related functional specifications of development in the information systems; – Fully and correctly tests the newly developed functionalities, identifies and reports bugs; – Monitors and ensures that the reported bugs are fixed; – Estimates, prioritizes, and plans the testing activity; – Develops well-structured test plans and ensures feedback from business for testing, if applicable; – Monitors and ensures the fixing of reported bugs after the tested functionalities have been implemented in production; What do you need to bring to the team? · 1 Year experience in manual testing, preferably on transactional applications; · Bachelor’s degree; · Familiar with Agile methodology; · MS Office Package (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, word), Jira, Confluence; · English knowledge, written or spoken – advanced level; · Organizational skills, teamwork, motivation and proactivity; · Knowledge of a technical/non-technical business language; · Understanding and knowledge of banking products; · Logical, analytical and meticulous thinking; · Passion for knowledge and development; · An open mind; the ability to work autonomously with minimal information; What are we looking for? – Energy, a positive attitude; – A sense of humor.
