If so we may have the right role for you. By joining our team as an Area Sales Manager , you will have an important role in managing sales activities and expanding our market share in East Romania . You will be fostering strong relationships with customers with the aim to grow business and promote our innovative lighting solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Understanding of Lighting industry and its sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth. Developing and implementing professional account plans for key customers in line with guidance with Country Manager. Effectively selecting and managing key projects to achieve high levels of profitable project conversions. Establish new as well as developing existing customer networks with the aim of building long-term relationships. Developing broad based personal contacts in key accounts and projects to facilitate effective sales & business development. Taking ownership of the personal sales budget and delivering specifications, sales, margin, mix and conversion results in line with agreed objectives. Your profile: Understanding of the lighting, industrial, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in a sales role. Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set. Great communication skills with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do. Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Encountering challenges with a positive attitude and having an interest in technology. Curious with a desire for continuous improvement and development. High level of computer skills and full professional proficiency in local language and very good English skills.
