Familiarity with applying Machine Learning, Statistics, and optimization algorithms. Experience with software engineering practices like version control systems, code structure, and unit testing. Knowledge of Python programming and libraries like pandas and scikit-learn. Familiarity with Azure tools (Data Factory, Machine Learning, Databricks) is a plus. Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. Effective planning, organizational, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in English (spoken and written, C1 level). Value-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach to achieving results in an Agile environment. Technical Competencies Expertise in MS Office. Experience with talent management and employer branding concepts is an advantage. Responsibilities Develop predictive models and algorithms to address business challenges such as: Forecasting time series Optimizing warehouses Predicting customer churn Running A/B tests Optimizing transport and delivery routes Collaborate with global teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analytics Product Managers to implement data-driven solutions.
