About the Position Proactively identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients, qualifying leads and presenting Unfrosen’s unique value proposition. Own the full sales cycle, from the first cold call to onboarding and ongoing account management. Collaborate with Supply and Operations to meet client needs and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales KPIs (e.g., new clients onboarded, total revenue generated), while maintaining organized records in our CRM. Gather customer feedback to refine Unfrosen’s platform and stock offerings. About You 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer support (ideally in a wholesale, marketplace, or startup environment). Excellent communication skills—empathetic and clear, both verbally and in writing. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with a growing workload in a fast-paced setting. Familiar with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Fluent in English. Work Schedule We generally work from 9:00 to 18:00, but you have the flexibility to organize your time as long as you meet your responsibilities.
