Join Our Team as a Project Welding Coordinator in #SaudiArabia! Are you a skilled Welding Coordinator with a passion for excellence? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team for an exciting project in # KSA . ️ MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN PIPELINE PROJECTS ️ Responsibilities: Before Production Conduct Requirements Review and Technical Review checks related to welding and NDT aspects Examine project documentation to determine technical requirements for welding and NDT, including consumable purchases Collaborate on preparing the testing program for welding procedure qualification Prepare technical documentation (procedures, method statements, reports, matrix, WPQR, WPS, etc.) ️ Organize welding procedures qualification sessions and qualifications for welders/welding operators ️ Collaborate with Procurement Department on welding filler materials and shielding gases purchase and stock management Coordinate with Client inspector and/or Notified Body for WPQT and test samples, including laboratory testing During Welding & NDT Activity in Production: ️ Provide technical support and problem-solving for welding and NDT during productio Coordinate welding activities once production is underwa Collaborate with Corporate Welding Department and Project Management to manage welding and NDT quality, maintaining production goal Act as the liaison (focal point) with Client and the NDT Subcontracto Program and carry out inspection checks on welding and NDT activities, including coordination and surveillance of NDT crews, welding crews, and inspection personne Keep quality documentation and records updated according to the Inspection Test Pla Maintain registers and certificates for the extension of qualification validity for welders and welding operator Conduct statistical analysis of performance (KPI ). Conclusion of Project Welding Phase: Prepare the master dossier of project documents for final consignment (as-built, soft and hard copy). Conduct final statistical analysis of performance (KP I). Requireme nts: At least 5 years of experience in similar scale projects (pipelines) in the O&G sector. Degree in a relevant field. ️ Specific experience and knowledge in mechanized welding process (GMAW) and AUT inspection (preferably Olympus Pipewizard equipment). Certification as an International Welding Engineer (IWE) or Technology (IWT) or similar. ️ NDT Level 2 radiographic certification according to ISO 9712 or ASNT or similar method RT – VT NDT training for AUT.
