Responsibilities: Visits to the gas station with responsible persons and contractors on site regarding the condition and, if necessary, the necessary measures Evaluation and monitoring of relevant parameters such as energy consumption, incidents, costs, repairs, etc. Ensuring the functionality and maintaining the value of the existing asset base for the charging stations considered, including ensuring legal requirements by the legislator. Coordinate and control the disciplined delivery of tasks within the project team, proactively track the development and definition of milestones and work packages Monitoring of contactors in the area of preventive and corrective maintenance. Planning, request for quotation, implementation and monitoring of free maintenance measures Cost control and budget responsibility for maintenance budgets Planning and implementation of measures Supervision of maintenance/inspections of contractors or plant parts/equipment Project management in SAP Cost and budget responsibility Management of construction works (supervision, accounting) of performed services Active involvement in the Invest&Project for larger projects Representation of the company in authority procedures (submission, reviews,….) Ensuring compliance with appropriate legal framework (laws, regulations, standards). Requirements: Master’s degree: engineering or similar 7-9 y years of experience in asset management and cross-functional project teams as well as in planning, implementation and monitoring of local maintenance. supervision of the assigned project members and partners outside the disciplinary Degree in engineering or building master training or process engineering or industrial engineering Excellent project management knowledge Basic knowledge of finance and controlling is advantageous Very good planning skills and organizational, accuracy, communication skills, critical and problem solving Ensure compliance and implementation of HSSE national and companies standards; Laws & regulations, authorities.
