Key Responsibilities: Ensure and manage the relationship with the users/customers of the company’s vehicles, Mainly by telephone but also through written communication means, in order to solve the problem in a timely manner. Professional and efficient manner to deal with their enquiries concerning the vehicles they use (Predominantly in relation to carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs). Receive, analyze and deal with requests received from customers; Follow up on all cases handled to minimize costs and downtime. Professionally handle user/customer requests in a manner that ensures a balance between minimizing costs and customer satisfaction in terms of vehicle use and certainty of receiving all contractual services. Communication with users/customers, how to deal with their requests, and response times. To collaborate on a permanent basis both with colleagues in the Dept. Operations, as well as with those in Dep. Commercial/ Sales in order to efficiently manage all cases. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s image in the eyes of customers and partners by Requirements : English & Roamnian languages knowledge B2/ C1 level, both written and verbal –mandatory; Outstanding analytical skills; High personal responsibility, enthusiasm and dynamism Problem-solving Champion & solution driven; MS Office full-time friend; Enthusiastic, egger to learn ,with the ability to connect well with the people Agile in complex situations; Proactive attitude and team spirit.
