As a first line of defense, IT support technician will be responsible for addressing technical issues and providing the necessary support to maintain productivity throughout the organization. Responsibilities: Testing New Software Functionality and User Training: and test new software features, ensuring they meet user requirements. comprehensive training to end-users on the functionality and optimal utilization of new software. Hardware and Software Installation and Configuration: install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, network components, and peripheral devices. seamless integration of printers and scanners into the network environment. System and Network Monitoring: monitor and proactively maintain computer systems and networks, optimizing their performance and reliability. timely updates and security patches to enhance system health. Swift Response to Service Issues and Requests: promptly address service issues and user requests to minimize operational disruptions. efficient troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems. Equipment Repair and Replacement: Conduct expert diagnostics and perform necessary repairs on equipment, minimizing downtime. Participates in employee data management. Controls the correctness of printers, copier machines, etc. Controls the correctness of the video surveillance system Required skills and expertise: High school- preferable information technology (IT) orientation.Minimum 1 year of professional experience in similar jobsExperience with Microsoft Windows Server OS & Clients; Linux Server OS & Clients; MS Office products.Experience and/or knowledge in administering various network concepts: e-mails, firewalls, client-servers, network security, network protocols, etc.Desirable experience with programming PC languages ​such as Java (JSE, JEE), SQL, SQL Server, and MySQL DBA.Experience in maintaining and repairing PCs and printersProblem-solving attitudeKnowledge of Network fundamentalsGood verbal and written English Show more Show less
