Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION: Oversee import activities for temperature-controlled and ambient regimes. Coordinate international transportation and ensure proper documentation for veterinary import permits. Ensure accuracy in import administration and data entry within the information system. Maintain and update import route files and create detailed import cost calculations. Collaborate with logistics providers and offer administrative support to platforms and the central warehouse. Identify and address irregularities in work processes. Qualifications WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION: Relevant experience in logistics or import/export operations. Proficiency in computer applications and logistics tools. Strong knowledge of the English language (B2 level or higher). Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Adaptability to navigate urgent and unexpected situations efficiently. Initiative to improve processes and proactively sup-port team goals.
