Job Title: Forecasting and Planning Analyst Location: Belgrade, Serbia Position Summary This person will be responsible for demand forecasting, planning and analysis within Services demand planning team. Ideal candidate is comfortable to use MS Excel, has excellent analytical and logical skills with ability to analyze data, speaks English and is a hard-working person who wants to work in a dynamic global surrounding. Key Areas of Responsibility Inside The Team Gather data via database and local Excel spreadsheets. Manipulate and prepare data for forecasting and reporting purposes. Observe demand trends, seasonality and cyclic components. Create reports based on data analysis findings and recommendations. Interpret data to identify trends and draw conclusions about business performance. Perform regular weekly report, weekly updates, analyze data on daily basis. Organize and host interlocking meetings with respective regional stakeholders to collect information and to provide business insights and drivers. Process and accuracy control. Other Departments/levels Of Hierarchy Cross-functional collaboration with Services operations and Logistics teams to obtain and develop accurate data for business models and metrics. Provide on-going analytics, metrics optimization, ad-hoc reports on request, clarifications to Management in order to support day to day decision making. Work on dashboards development for KPI tracking and enable Management to make sound business decisions based on accurate and reliable information. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Computer science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or similar). Other education background is acceptable if a candidate is able to match the following. Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must. Being able to analyze the data in table and graphical view is crucial. Ability to clearly communicate ideas and complex situations. Ability to think critically and provide recommendations. Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau is a plus. Basic SQL knowledge is a big plus. Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
