The Role We’re hiring a monday.com Expert to join our fast-growing team at Thrive Monday. You will help implement custom monday.com setups for clients, including CRM systems, project management workflows, and integrations. You’ll also work directly with clients, asking detailed questions about their business processes to ensure the perfect solution is delivered. This role has room for growth—if you excel, you can take on more responsibility, manage delivery operations, and grow into a leadership position. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows, business processes, and goals. Design and implement custom monday.com setups, including CRMs, project management systems, and automations (big plus if you’re skilled with APIs and integrations!). Guide clients on best practices for monday.com setup and usage. Take meetings with clients in the American time zone when necessary. Deliver high-quality work and ensure all deadlines are met. Continuously improve and optimize client processes. What We’re Looking For Technical Skills Needed: Proven experience implementing monday.com for businesses. Strong understanding of CRM systems and project management workflows. Knowledge of creating integrations is a big plus (Zapier, Integromat, APIs). Soft Skills Needed: Excellent communication skills in fluent English (all clients are US-based). Ability to ask thoughtful, detailed questions about a client’s processes. Highly organized and efficient with a sharp attention to detail. A constant drive to learn, improve, and solve problems creatively.
