Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dry van dispatcher at Avala Express in Belgrade. The role involves overseeing the dispatching of dry van shipments, coordinating with drivers and ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities include scheduling pickups and drop-offs, optimizing routes for efficiency, and maintaining communication with drivers and clients. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of transportation regulations and routes Experience with dispatching software and systems Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Experience in: sylectus, active, panther is a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience with 53 ft’ Dry van Must be able to work from our offic Show more Show less
