Are you the development-minded people person, who we are looking for to join our Tampere Supply Center as Initialization & System testing Manager? As our current team manager is pursuing new challenges within our organization, we are now looking for a candidate to take on this key role and drive our team´s continued success. Tampere Supply Center is serving the global deliveries of Valmet DNA products. As a Manager of Initialization & System testing you lead a motivated team of ICT professionals in the supply center. You will be a part of our Global Supply Chain organization. In this role you are responsible of initialization, integration and system testing services. In addition, you manage the production planning of your team functions. Developing the team, tools and processes is an important part of the role as well. You possess a natural desire to deepen your expertise in the technology behind the products we deliver. Your daily tasks includes collaborating with internal stakeholders such as project E2E delivery process developments. You will also have strong collaboration with R&D and product groups, as well as with our Operational Excellence organization. Requirements You should already have acquired experience in Automation or ICT related positions. Previous experience in managerial role is not required, but it is considered as an advantage. To succeed in this role, you also need to have: B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a technical field Excellent social skills Leadership skills with systematic and agile way of working towards the targets leading to excellent results Proactive attitude towards developing Fluent written and spoken communication in Finnish and English Innovative and development mindset is essential as you develop processes and tools to improve quality and efficiency in co-operation with the key interfaces. Knowledge related to software deployment concepts, virtualized and cloud systems are considered as an asset. We also value good organizing skills. Prior knowledge of ERP and Valmet DNA systems technology as well as Valmet products is considered as an advantage.
