DeLaval is now looking for a Market Solution Manager in Finland – to support over solutions for Milking systems . This demanding and motivating position is an opportunity for all candidates wishing to reconcile their passion for cows and milking technologies. In this position you will join an agile and competent team serving its network of dairy farmers. Purpose Of Role And Key Responsibilities You will prepare and execute the launch-packages for new products and scan the different markets regarding trends and competition. You will support market analysis and marketing activities. You will create trainings and training material. You will provide content to marketing material and/or activities within respective product area. You will be monitoring quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications And Experience To be successful in this role we see that you have: Academic degree in Agriculture Business, Animal Science or Agricultural engineering Profound knowledge in Dairy Business and at 5 years of relevant work experience; breeding, feeding and technical knowledge is a plus Experience in marketing or sales (strong interest in technology, digital tools) Effective time, priority management skills and communication skills Native Finnish and English on business level Willingness to travel Location in Finland Working at DeLaval Our core values Passion, People, Professionals and Partnerships connect individuals across entities and geographies.
