Main Functions How you can make an impact Manage sickness absence and time/attendance systems Produce monthly reports for Finance, QHSE, Group and update employee records Main contact for Occupational Health and issue staff cards Support employee relations and recruitment administration Onboard new staff and manage required documentation Produce contracts and process leaver documentation Assist with travel arrangements, minute taking, and accounting Support Payroll Officer and backup for pensions and payroll Comply with GDPR and assist with ISO standards development Conduct health risk assessments and identify compliance risks Understand and support safety and quality systems Update organizational information and report regularly Quality-, environment- and security management Report any safety standard deviations to Superior Ensure compliance with laws and regulations Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards Support co-workers and management, contribute to policy fulfillment, and promote continuous development How You Will Contribute Basic commercial or business administration education with further training in the field of human resources (e.g. HR specialist) Working knowledge of management system (ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001) Experience working in a Quality/HSE discipline in a production/service environment preferably in a management role prefered Proactive, independent and structured way of working as well as a strong sense of quality and service awareness Strong communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm for working with different people Fluent in Finnish (full working proficiency) and English Our offer We offer an interesting challenge in a success-oriented company with a strong identity and good development opportunities, both in Finland and internationally Collective and individual training and further development possibilities A great opportunity to play your part in a growing company and to make your mark on our journey An independent and valued role within a team of highly skilled professionals, with the chance to grow along with your responsibilities in an ambitious working environment No nonsense!
