Manage capacity overview (materials and labour) to ensure production fulfill and project schedule. Monitor and adjust deviations from the production plan in collaboration with production management. Prepare detailed planning in the ERP, allocate resources, manage inventory levels, and resolve any issues affecting efficiency or delivery. Conduct early analysis for order confirmations and provide work-in-progress reporting. Ensure alignment with plant-level conditions and check resource availability for production feasibility. Qualifications and Requirements: 3 to 5 years experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fields. Strong analytical and organizational skills to create and optimize production schedules. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to production challenges effectively.
