Rhiag Group Italy is looking for a Regional Delivery Manager. The Regional Delivery Manager, reporting to Regional Transformation Manager, ensures flawless projects execution in the region. General Description • Manage the implementation of E2E business process driving the application of Target Operating Model through transformation projects (including ERP deployment) restructuring and continuous improvement; • Lead and manage the implementation of European EA and systems; • In charge of overseeing local project managers or any project manager that is assigned to deliver a project in the region and might manage projects directly; • Ultimately accountable with sponsors and assigned project managers for successful regional execution of the project’s portfolio within projected timeframe and projected budget; • The Regional Delivery manager also acts as a strong executor himself/herself for key projects where required; Responsibilities • Ensures local execution and delivery of projects and initiatives. • Collaborate with regional leaders and key stakeholders to align transformation project and initiatives with regional business goals and strategy; • Proactively manages regional-level issues, risks and stakeholders to remove barriers to success and escalates as appropriate; • Ensures that projects are correctly funneled through the central Projects Portfolio ensuring required approval flow and budget, acting as a point of connection between European IT and Functions (region); Able to act in a complex IT framework understanding IT governance constrains. • Promotes adherence to strategic principles, standardized processes and standards; • Holds external partners and internal resources accountable for commitments and ensures execution of plan. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3 years Program/Project management experience with strong operational and delivery background • Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Technology; Master’s degree preferred • Expertise in program and project management methodology and tools • Familiar with complex IT framework • Understanding of the business enterprise and strategic goals • Very results oriented, able to manage project leads and delegate authority • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and negotiation skills • Critical thinking and decision-making skills • Expertise in executing large scale technology transformation projects/programs • Strong willed and persuasive, influential and an effective communicator. • Hans-on and pragmatic attitude Show more Show less
