As a BI Business Analyst, you will be part of a team designing a BI solution and developing BI schemas and reports on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations source. You should apply if you want to: apply your expertise in designing and developing analytical solutions for an ERP system . explore latest Microsoft technologies related to data analysis design business functionalities for Business Intelligence solutions leverage on data modelling methodologies in software environment expand your knowledge on new technologies learn the functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics AX software and the parameters of the system during trainings and individually work in a vibrant and multinational environment Your main responsibilities would be: understand the underlying data structure of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) create specification (design, prototype query) for reporting requirements create reports and dashboards in Power BI. Build data models and create measures in DAX occasionally analyze performance of Power BI reports and SQL queries/views be part of BI strategy development and implementation understand and support MS Azure Synapse based analytic solution in Data Lake troubleshoot BI issues, and perform root cause analysis BI business modelling tasks discover and analyze views and relationships between tables. provide support and maintain existing BI solution (Power BI reports on cloud and on-prem) support BI Developers in daily work prepare documentation (Functional Specification, System Design, Test Cases, User Guides) participate in testing What we expect from you: 3-4+ years of experience in designing, building, and testing Data warehouse and BI solutions solid experience in business data analysis knowledge of Business Intelligence and modern data warehouse concepts, ETL/ELT strong experience in SQL queries and views (Microsoft T-SQL, SSAS) knowledge of business analysis willingness to understand Microsoft Dynamics environment knowledge on MS BI tools (Power BI) have an analytical approach and way of thinking excellent command of English, in both speaking and writing good communication skills in spoken and written ability to work independently be empowered by creating something new be a team player self-starter, can do attitude, adaptable in fast moving environment experience in working with ERP or designing one is an advantage experience with star-schema modelling is a big advantage (e.g. Kimball or Inmon methods) Tool knowledge needed: Power BI desktop, Power BI (or Fabric) workspace SQL – advanced level MS Office suite What we offer you: Attractive salary and bonus with various benefits such as private health insurance, cafeteria, and sports pass XAPT is fully engaged to respect the individual’s safety along with the changed global situation: providing flexible working schedule to combine onsite and offsite work.
