Codecool is one of East-Central Europe’s most significant digital training hubs. While we’re known for outsourcing junior developers and finding the right talent for our partner companies, we also provide upskilling and reskilling training programs for our corporate partners. About the role: You will be responsible for the operational project management of our IT reskilling and upskilling training programs. You will be part of our B2B training delivery team and work closely with our clients, the marketing and sales team, the product department, in-house mentors, and trainer subcontractors. Tasks End-to-end responsibility of the entire B2B training cycle: Coordinate preparation of business proposals in close cooperation with our Business Development team Manage tender documentation Work together with the marketing team on marketing materials to be submitted to / provided for B2B business partners Coordinate recruitment process of possible trainers Keep contact with the trainer pool Set up and continuously refine follow-up system for corporate trainings Design the training portfolio Design the timetable and spatial logistics of the different corporate trainings Take part in market events aimed at marketing corporate trainings Provide training advisory Our ideal candidate Has experience in managing complex projects in a B2B environment: had a similar role in a training company, or has L&D senior or manager responsibilities. Has experience with start-ups, scale-ups, or other small companies that grow fast. You are not afraid to change things or create processes on your own. Has excellent project management skills. You can handle several clients simultaneously, and have a great eye for detail with excellent client management skills. Able to work independently and confidently in the required fields. Has great people management skills. You will work with several different departments, clients, and trainers. Has a strong business mindset. Fluent in Hungarian and English.
