Munkahelyeink.hu on behalf of: Rheinmetall Magyarország What We Are Looking For Responsible management of the department in accordance with corporate and departmental objectives Central control and coordination of all quality and environmental management related activities and issues of the plant / department Leadership responsibility for assigned employees Budget planning, monitoring and adjustment in coordination with department management Development and implementation of the departmental strategy Responsible to manage quality issues with suppliers and / or customers before and after Start of Production Responsible to implement, maintain and develop an integrated management system with respect to international and customer standards and regulations Responsible to ensure certification of the plant for IATF 16949 and for ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001) with team of experts Execute internal system, product and process audits (VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, LPA,…) and external audits at suppliers Responsible for training and usage of automotive tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D, …) Responsible to implement environmental management requirements (ISO 14001, regulations, …) What Qualifications You Should Have Successfully completed studies as a graduate engineer or equivalent study (m/f) Professional experience in the areas of QM methods/processes, operational QM, statistics, warranty management Several years of relevant work experience (automotive industry, Tier1/OEM) in the areas of QM/supplier management/warranty management Knowledge of relevant standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, VDA, AIAG, automotive core tools and customer specific requirements) and problem solving methods Certified auditor qualification (IATF 16949, ISO standards & VDA 6.3) Leadership experience and experience in a matrix organization IT skills (e.g. MS Office, SAP, CAQ) as well as project management skills Fluent in Hungarian and English, one additional language is an advantage Highly resilient, goal-oriented, able to handle conflict and hands-on and implementation-oriented Process-oriented, strategic and sustainable thinking You don’t meet all the requirements, but you are keen to really make a difference and take on responsibility?
