Due to our continued growth we are now hiring a Customer Support Team Lead for our global team in Budapest. The Role In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering seamless collaboration across teams. This position focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery by managing key processes and supporting cross-functional initiatives. You’ll oversee the accurate and timely execution of tasks, including data management and process optimization in SAP, while coordinating international workflows to meet evolving business needs. A natural problem solver, you’ll proactively monitor progress, address challenges, and empower your team to deliver outstanding results, ensuring maximum satisfaction and efficiency. Responsibilities Drive the execution of core processes, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy and timely management of priorities. Act as a central point of contact and escalation for resolving operational challenges, resource allocation, and team dynamics. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet customer expectations. Strategically plan, coordinate, and monitor customer needs and evolving business requirements. Oversee data accuracy and timeliness in systems, ensuring seamless reporting, thorough issue resolution, and escalation when necessary. Serve as a mentor and process expert, providing guidance to junior team members and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all processes. Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, including global or special projects that enhance efficiency and performance. Deliver clear and insightful reporting within established timelines, utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel tools to track progress and provide actionable insights. Maintain strict compliance with SOX regulations and internal protocols to uphold process integrity and operational standards. Requirements 3+ years of experience in similar roles, 2+ years in leadership roles. High Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP), Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel) and general reporting. Business proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Proven record as an individual contributor – structured work approach with good attention to detail. Service and quality-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Spanish, Chinese, or Korean is a plus.
