About The Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced IBS HR Project Manager to oversee and deliver key HR projects at a group level. This pivotal role involves collaboration with local and group-level HR experts, as well as representatives from various business areas. From planning to implementation to closure, you’ll ensure the success of HR initiatives through robust project governance, risk management, and communication strategies. Key Responsibilities Define project concepts, goals, scope, and success criteria while developing comprehensive project plans and milestones. Lead the implementation and delivery of HR projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, deadlines, quality standards, and business expectations. Coordinate internal and external resources to guarantee effective collaboration. Monitor and report project status, progress, challenges, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including the IBS HR Partner Manager. Assess risks, conflicts, and changes, recommending and implementing resolutions. Document, archive, and close HR projects, sharing lessons learned and best practices across the team. Maintain regular communication with IBS HR partner teams to consolidate updates on ongoing and upcoming projects. Provide guidance on project management methodologies and best practices to HR partners. Handle ad hoc tasks delegated by IBS HR management. What You’ll Need Education- University degree in HR, Economics, or related fields. Experience- Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with expertise in project management and HR partnering. Skills & Competencies- Advanced project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong business acumen and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office at an advanced level. Languages- Fluent business English (written and spoken). Collaboration- Proven experience in international project settings.
