Date of advertisement: Jan 7, 2025 Job Number: 1888 Job Type: Warehouse/Logistics Job category: Permanent Description Your tasks will be: Inventory management to meet production needs, including revision of production plans of production lines, identification of just-in-time material requirements; Monitoring of high-risk materials; Inventory control, including tracking of returned goods and unused warehouse spaces; Material-related communication, including communication processes with suppliers and material inspectors, assisting the work of warehouse managers and records managers; Receiving inter-factory goods and delivery information and scheduling and coordinating delivery within the factory zone, including summarizing and arranging delivery requirements; Sending vehicles suitable for delivery and coordinating external vehicle sources and receiving drivers at the factory; Support training on factory discipline and policies, security and confidentiality, and handling emergency deliveries. Monitoring of deliveries, monitoring of the efficiency of transport vehicles and the loading rate; Inspection, maintenance and cost control of vehicles. What We Expect From You College degree or above; Understand the basic functional division of the Warehouse management, inventory management, material planning management; Working experience in warehouse management and operation; Communication between other internal departments and external companies; Good communication and expression skills; Skilled use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and other office software); Warehousing experience and experience with SAP, LES, MES, ERP or MRP are preferred; English language knowledge; Commitment to work in Debrecen; Ability to work multiple shifts.
