Date of advertisement: Dec 20, 2024 Job Number: 1939 Job Type: Warehouse/Logistics Job category: Permanent Description Your tasks will be: Creation of customs declarations (import/export, applications, clearances); Checking preference documents and supplier declarations; Documenting imports and exports; Coordinating inbound and outbound goods deliveries; Managing customs data in the Material Management System (MMS); On-site customs support; Communication with authorities, service providers, and customers; Contacting Customs & Logistics Department Supervisor department and CATH company management for customs and foreign trade problems. What We Expect From You Bachelor’s degree is preferece specializing in customs or related major; Proficiency in customs IT systems; Proactive handling of irregularities and customs issues, including reporting and escalation; Awareness of customs-related risks; Familiarity with various types of customs clearances according to the Union Customs Code (UCC); Practical professional experience in customs or relevant business administration qualification; English and Hungarian; Strong communication and organization skills, serious dedication, and teamwork skills.
