Date of advertisement: Jan 9, 2025 Job Number: 2006 Job Type Job category: Permanent Description Your tasks will be: Document Control: Collect, organize, and archive engineering and technical documents, drawings, and important correspondence effectively. Contract and Payment: Establish and maintain a contract and payment ledger and track contract execution and payment status. Variation Order (VO): Manage Variation Orders on the project management platform, assist engineers in facilitating VO processes, and track approval statuses. Administrative Support: Handle human resources tasks such as reporting new employees, managing attendance, and processing reimbursement requests. Work with other departments for the procurement of daily necessities. Building Organization Culture: Promote company culture and values by organizing team-building activities, helping team members from diverse backgrounds integrate within the project, and fostering efficient collaboration. Communication Management: Efficiently manage communication tasks, including drafting emails, notices, reports, and other documents to support departmental functions. Training and Implementation: Provide training and guidance to the project team on document control procedures and assist in the operation of the project management system. What We Expect From You A university degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English and Hungarian. At least 3 years of experience as an office project assistant in large enterprises or groups. Preferred Qualifications: An Advantage Experience in payment management and document control within construction projects. Chinese language knowledge. Show more Show less
