Role Overview: As Deputy CEO, you will steer the strategic direction of Effectivo Communications, overseeing our daily operations, managing and aquiring clients and leading our committed team to new heights of excellence. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our influence within the healthcare, IT, construction, and B2B sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our long-term goals. Lead and inspire a team of 10 marketing professionals. Manage high-value client relationships across diverse industries. Drive growth and innovation within the company. Ingnite effective and impactful content creation Walk the talk in terms of digital marketing for our clients as well as in the marketing industy Aquire new clients to increase our client portfolio Represent the agency in industry meetings, marketing summits and other key events Requirements: 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, both internationally and within Hungary. Fluent in English and Hungarian. Hungarian is a must! Third language is a merit! Proven leadership experience in managing teams and major projects. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Exceptional client management skills. Agency client management and leadership experience is a plus!
