Make Your Mark On The Company’s Digital Transformation As Team Lead of the ERP Operations & Warehouse Team you will lead 7 highly skilled SAP Consultants in PP, WM, MM, Materials Masterdata and APO. The Team is located in both Budapest and Mexico. You lead and coach the team with a personal touch, and you cultivate a strong growth mindset, a positive can-do attitude with strong collaborative and caring principles. Together with key stakeholders in the different areas you agree on prioritization, and you are responsible for the delivery of the proposed time and solution. You will interact with internal resources from multiple departments and locations as well as external resources. Primary areas of responsibility: Inspire the team to deliver excellent levels of individual and team Close collaboration with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize requests Coach your team to succeed together whilst learning and having fun Contribute to the execution of daily tasks in your area like incident handling or monitoring (Max. 40%) Manage our external consultants and vendors The ideal candidate has: Business knowledge in at least one of the areas PP, QM, WM or MM S/4 HANA experience recommended Fiori and SAP BTP experience Team-oriented, set common goals and organize ways of working to succeed together Experienced Teamlead Self-motivated, assume responsibility and passionate about delivering value Experience in Agile working method On a personal level you will succeed in this role with the following skills: Good team player, who is able to build trust and inspire teamwork Being able to get the message through, with high integrity and reliability Customer service mindset with the ability to leverage and nurture the capabilities of a strong, professional team Make prompt decisions and takes decisive action even when faced with risk Delivering on our promise – Plan for the short and long term.
