This is your role Design and develop Mendix applications to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with solution consultants and other developers to define application requirements and specifications. Integrate Mendix applications with other systems and technologies used within Cross Border Solutions and the rest of PostNL. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mendix applications. Continuously monitor and optimize application performance and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest Mendix platform features, tools, and best practices. This is what we deliver you This position is on scale 11 with a gross monthly salary in the range 4.280,00 and 6.062,00. Our full-time working week is 37 hours; We will offer you an environment in which you can work with latest state technologies; Flexible working hours to determine an optimal work/life balance; Hybrid way of working, enabling you to partly work from home and from our brand new head office, just in 2 minutes’ walk from station Den Haag – This is what we deliver you University degree in business informatics, systems engineering, or equivalent experience; At least 4 years demonstrable experience in Mendix development. Knowledge or affinity with JavaScript or Java is a plus. Familiarity with the logistics industry is a plus. Experience in project and program management, as well in partner management; Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Agile working methods; Excellent oral and written Dutch and English for business and technical purposes; Demonstrated strong analytical ability.
