Our Transaction Advisory practice (TAG) has been one of the Top 5 Financial Due Diligence advisors by deal value in the Benelux for the last five years. A&M TAG is independent and unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused. TAG has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich, Geneva, Birmingham, Madrid, Milan and Dubai. We operate as an integrated team delivering on in-country, pan European and Global projects to leading Private Equity clients, Financial Institutions and Corporates. Our team in Amsterdam is expanding and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Director to join our Financial Due Diligence team. We welcome applications from individuals currently pursuing careers in the Transaction Advisory teams of Big 4 firms who would like to work in an international and entrepreneurial environment that is free of audit conflicts. As part of a select and highly skilled team, the successful appointee will: Lead teams and deliver complex Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with our Managing Directors Evaluation potential transactions in the context of a clients investment strategy, assist with financial due diligence & help to identify key risks and potential deal breakers, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the business against industry benchmarks Gain broad industry exposure working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions Have the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction Work closely with operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process Coach & develop more junior colleagues Internally network with our other service lines and work on external marketing events to build your network internally & externally A&M is an environment that presents a real opportunity for ambitious individuals as all employees are encouraged to develop their client network and business development skills. Essential experience: Qualified accountant and/or an exceptional academic record professional qualifications can include and are not limited to: RA, RC, ACCA, CMA and CFA Proven senior level experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence (Transaction services) is essential in addition to experience across Private Equity and/ or blue-chip Corporates Trained at a Big 4 firm or an established Transaction Advisory (Transaction Services) practice Fluent business level English and Dutch is essential.
