We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for our client’s long-term data project. About the project The project involves the development of an enhanced Data Lake, complemented by Dashboards. This solution ensures data and dashboard harmonization at the department level. Currently, the project is running across three streams, with plans to initiate a new stream aimed at supporting the business objectives of the company’s logistics division. The delivery process consists of the following stages: Ingest, Cleanup, Stage, and Usage. It can be described as a Datamart development that incorporates reporting functions, addressing business requirements and generating measurable business value. The Data Lake and dashboards are built on the Microsoft technology stack, leveraging the company’s proprietary data framework. The delivery follows an iterative, agile methodology with 2week sprints organized into Program Increment (PI) cycles (four sprints per PI). Business requirements are continuously addressed, with a dedicated team of resources managing a backlog that is constantly reprioritized based on ongoing business requests, as represented by the Product Owner. Tasks Own and coordinate the business requirements specifications for the assigned sub-domain. Cooperate with the Product Owner, Super Users, Process Architects, Developers, and Application Architects. Assist the Product Owner in defining development tasks and associated acceptance criteria. Design, prototype, and sketch dashboards and reports to meet business needs. Create detailed Datamart and dashboard specifications. Model data requirements or collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure data supports the new solution. Implement tools that enhance productivity in data analysis and visualization. Participate in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Create comprehensive documentation to support the solution. Manage the cutover and handover process to the business and participate in the modification of the relevant service catalog item. Coordinate IT development processes to ensure smooth delivery.
