What You Will Enjoy Doing What you will enjoy doing Roll-out of NEXT, ALPLA’s Operational Excellence Program in the region, including: Implementation of new management tools and standards Preparation and tracking of improvement projects Preparation and moderation of OPEX assessment Support budgeting on Regional as well on plant Level with coverage of: KPI planning, capacity, resource planning investment planning Execute Trainings And Workshops With Focus On Lean and SixSigma tools Operational controlling Collaboration and communication What makes you great University degree in engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation Over 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within lean manufacturing, you bring valuable expertise Strong background in supply chain management, including logistics, production planning, order management, or master data management Project management and leadership skills to drive initiatives and lead teams effectively You are a team-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a cooperative environment. Proficient in English and Romanian, with German being an advantage.
