QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Senior Mine Planning Engineer to be based in Tirana, Albania. This position is responsible for realizing and optimizing underground production, expense and investment budget targets in accordance with the plan. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering Minimum 6 years of experience in the mining industry Strong oral and written communications skills in English language Management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to manage the entire spectrum of mine planning operations Experience in strategic planning and execution Excellent organizational and time management skills JOB DESCRIPTION: Realizing and optimizing underground production, expense and investment budget targets in accordance with the plan Approving and following up of annual production, expense and investment budgets of mining enterprises EPS Making and realizing short, medium and long-term mining plans via Datamine Determining and monitoring deviations in production Developing projects to optimize high expenses by performing expense analysis (fortification, repair and maintenance, concrete, etc.) Preparation of monthly and annual reports of the Mine Planning and Operations Department Monitoring the performance of all functions affiliated with the Mine Planning and Operations Department Show more Show less
