Job Description Gather project requirements and develop project plans; Develop and execute business development opportunities and growth strategies Coordinate closely with Auto1’s management team to define priorities, build relationships and execute deals; Optimize and automate existing process flows in the current system as well as create incentive and performance analytics to increase efficiency Be part of recruiting, hiring, training and personal development of the employees; Create reports and status updates Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and employees to foster collaboration and support. Qualifications 2+ years work experience in Management/Strategy, or similar business tasks; Excellent analytical skills, Excel knowledge; Self-motivated individual who can succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with outstanding team leadership skills; Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Fluent in written and spoken English Additional Information The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
