To bring this vision to life, ikubINFO is looking for a skilled Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer , who can harness the power of data and machine learning to develop innovative solutions and drive impactful outcomes. Your future role: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity. Develop and implement machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering) for predictive analytics. Conduct feature engineering, selection, and dimensionality reduction to optimize model performance. Fine-tune deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for complex tasks as needed. Deploy ML models into production, integrating them into microservices, APIs, or batch workflows. Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable ETL pipelines and maintain reliable data stores. Implement automated training, testing, and monitoring pipelines using MLOps best practices. Use explainability techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME) to enhance trust and transparency in model outputs. Translate business requirements into ML solutions, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Explore and benchmark new algorithms, tools, and frameworks to improve model accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure ML initiatives align with strategic goals. Apply statistical and probabilistic methods to validate the robustness and reliability of models. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised and ensemble methods. Familiarity with deep learning models and architectures, including CNNs, RNNs and Transformers. Experience handling large datasets, SQL/NoSQL databases and data preprocessing tools (Pandas, NumPy). Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML services. Strong statistical analysis skills, capable of designing experiments and interpreting results.Skilled in data visualization, using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly or similar libraries. Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask) for large-scale processing is a plus. Certifications in data science, cloud platforms or related areas are considered a plus.
