With us, you will utilise your creativity to produce video ads and visuals for some of the top gaming IPs in the world. You will work on different types of game productions, learn from experienced colleagues, and quickly develop your career in this exciting industry. ABOUT THE ROLE WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A gaming geek – you have a firm grasp on the latest gaming trends and the desire to dive deep into the mobile gaming industry. A creative idea maker – you can look at things from a creative angle to tell an engaging story. A team player – you can clearly and concisely communicate and defend your unique ideas to designers, art directors, producers, and eventually clients. YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL Generating ad concepts for clients in the mobile gaming industry. Translating creative ideas into clear-form concepts for designers. Conducting preliminary research on the audience and player motivators of a client’s game (yes, you’re encouraged to play mobile games at work)! Articulating compelling concepts and presenting the strategic reasoning behind them to get our clients excited. With time, creating and conducting creative tests and iterations for various channels. Proposing new ideation processes and presentation deck improvements to better fit the client and team needs. Monitoring and leveraging creative trends within the industry and on social media (i.e. TikTok and Instagram). ABOUT YOU To succeed as a Junior Creative Strategist at AppAgent, you should have: Proven creative writing & storytelling skills in (professional) English. The ability to visually conceptualize ideas. Design or production background & basic knowledge of video workflows. At least 1 year of experience in the creative industry (agency is a plus). Passion for gaming on PC/console/mobile: the more you play, the better. Experience in marketing asset production is a plus. You should be located in Prague and have a valid right to work in the EU.
