At TCL we have opportunities that can help you grow and develop yourself! We are currently looking for full-time Marketing (Retail) Specialist to join our Central Marketing Team in Prague . The details of the positions are below: Key Responsibilities: Oversee Daily Marketing Operations: Manage the marketing team’s daily activities across all product categories. Monthly EU Activities Statement: Ensure timely updates and uploads, including:1.Market landscape, Rating Plan; 2.Terminal construction status (achievements and plans); 3.Detailed store list information; 4.Event, COOP, Field Force plans, and POSM reports. PSI Management support together with the Team. Cross-Team Communication: Act as a key point of contact between EUBG and country local teams, ensuring effective coordination and resolution of various requests. Annual Retail Market Audit: Lead the execution of the EU market retail audit. Weekly Budget Management: Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure accurate tracking and alignment with financial goals. Retail System Implementation: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of internal retail systems. Event Preparation Support: Collaborate with EUBG and local teams to organize and execute events. Market Insights: Assist in analyzing and providing actionable EU market insights to support informed strategic decision-making.
