We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is critical in shaping the future of fulfillment operations across the EU. You will design and implement innovative processes and cutting-edge automation solutions, working closely with the Head of Engineering and the Head of Operations Systems & OPEX . Key Responsibilities Define requirements for future processes and collaborate with suppliers to develop solutions. Develop automation and engineering solutions aligned with our fulfillment roadmap. Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovations across current processes. Lead change management efforts with local teams and project managers. Conduct trials and prototypes for new technologies. Collaborate with OPEX and Operations Systems teams to ensure seamless integration of physical processes with supporting software. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years in operations in a process engineering role. Skills: Leadership, structured thinking, and advanced communication. Expertise: Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, and process waste reduction tools. Languages: Fluent English (Czech/German is a bonus). Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Suite, MS Office, and project management tools. Flexibility: Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week.
