Account Delivery manager will be responsible for successful management of medium and large-scale accounts from Automotive industry, oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, programs and services for the respective accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. The Account Delivery Manager will be responsible for successful management of the project and program portfolio, or service management with various engagement models and diverse delivery methodologies, and foster strong client relationship. The primary focus is on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget, with optimized use of resources and ensuring profitability, while in parallel identifying new opportunities for upselling and expanding services for the client. The ADM needs to have good knowledge about Automotive industry, especially with Skoda or Volkswagen group and needs to be located in Prague. Responsibilities • Manage medium to complex accounts across different regions and cultures, understanding the nuances of international regulations, culture, and business practices. • Serve as a primary contact point for the client for topics concerning existing business, business growth, escalations, contracts. • Foster the end-to-end relationship with the client, build and manage relationships with all key stakeholders. • Ensure effective and proactive communication with the delivery managers, project managers and engineering resources with the company • Good expertise in SDLC and Agile SW development methodologies • Knowledge of project, program, portfolio or service delivery governance models. • Propose and align executive decisions with the higher management on both sides. • Lead business development activities: negotiation, up/cross sales, review and closing contracts with clients. • Working on budgeting and financial forecasting, overview of the project’s Profit & Loss analyses and taking the needed steps for the profit improvement. • Ability to foresee the needs of the client in line with the overall client strategy and its goals. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills in managing accounts with distributed teams. • Ability to assess situations, challenges and assets, identify bottlenecks and ability to mitigate complex service-related issues and communicate proactively with the client until the situation is resolved. • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, reassuring both client and team members • Knowledge of sophisticated risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies, often across multiple projects or programs. • Proficiency in communication in English and Czech language (written, verbal). • Expected 5+ years of practical experience as Delivery manager on complex projects/programs. • Experience in working with clients from Automotive industry, especially with Skoda or Volkswagen group • Needs to be located in Prague.
