Job Description Summary At the moment we are looking for a new trainee to support our lean department for a limited part of the year. Job Description Essential responsibilities Support coordination of LEAN activities and projects, including KAIZEN events. Assist in the procurement and management of indirect materials for the LEAN department. Aid in data collection, process mapping, and workstation adjustments. Support daily management meetings and prepare necessary materials. Monitor LEAN projects and assist in smaller initiatives. Procurement and management of LEAN materials. Provide support to a Plant Leader and Lean leader Other supporting or reporting activities Basic Requirements Student at a relevant university with availability for a short term engagement This role requires good interpersonal skills, accuracy and focus on details. Czech language is a must and English on communicative level Time flexibility- To ensure fast delivery, we need someone, who can give us some hours almost every day.
