Chipolo is looking for a Procurement Logistics Specialist A Procurement Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials, goods, and supplies within an organization. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Order Tracking and Management Monitor purchase orders from creation to delivery. Ensure that orders are processed on time and that suppliers meet delivery schedules. Resolve delays or discrepancies in orders with suppliers or internal teams. Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and material requirements. Coordinate with warehouse or storage teams to ensure proper stock levels. Conduct regular audits of inventory to minimize overstock or shortages. Delivery Coordination Plan and schedule deliveries to align with production or operational needs. Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation. Address any transportation issues, such as delays or damaged goods. Internal Collaboration Work closely with production, operations, and warehouse teams to understand material requirements. Communicate updates on order status and delivery timelines. Data and Reporting Maintain detailed records of procurement activities and logistics performance. Generate reports on inventory levels, order accuracy, and delivery performance. Use software tools to track and analyze procurement and logistics metrics. Compliance and Documentation Ensure proper documentation of orders, deliveries, and inventory. Comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension to permanent employment. Salary: Starting gross salary between €1800 and €2500 per month, depending on experience.
