Company: Pek Automotive d.o.o Location: Logatec, Slovenia (on site position) Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate software, firmware, electronics design, and prototyping manufacturing teams. • Provide technical oversight and expertise for all team operations. • Prepare departmental operation plans and regularly report progress to the CTO and CEO. • Supervise the daily implementation of the department’s operational plans. • Collaborate with the CTO and CEO to co-develop the company’s technical strategies. • Collect and systematize product-related questions and feature requests, track software and firmware releases, and manage updates across the product fleet. • Identify and communicate any issues in departmental operations to the department head. • Address and resolve operational challenges within the department, continuously improving business processes. • Oversee major technology projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Requirements: • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). • Experience with integrated system solutions (mechanics, electronics, software, firmware). • Proven experience in managing prototyping manufacturing teams. • Strong understanding of operational processes and technical aspects of manufacturing companies, including production, warehousing, procurement, and quality control, within an ERP framework. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
