Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Organizes, conducts and documents demanding scientific experiments/testing by analytical techniques like HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, CE, Physical analytical techniques or Particle determinations under moderate control for Biosimilars. Responsible for equipment and participating in the planning and implementation of equipment maintenance and qualification. Actively collaborating in ensuring operational excellence in the laboratories. Ensuring compliance with quality standards (GMP), health and safety standards, and other Sandoz standards. Ensures documentation of raw data, evaluates and interprets obtained results. Reviewing and verifying raw data prepared by others, as well as preparing protocols, reports, or procedures based on suggestions. Recognizes more complex problems, informs about them and provides adequate information for solving them; deals with and solves problems within the scope of his competence. Contributes to the development of new methods or optimizes existing ones; contributes to the evaluation of new laboratory equipment. Leads initiatives to proactively ensure compliance and continuous improvement. What You Will Bring To The Role University Degree in relevant natural science (analytics, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, physics or other related natural sciences). Experience with analytical techniques in development of biosimilars. Hands-on experience with analytical techniques HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, CE, Physical analytical techniques or Particle determinations is desired. Agile & proactive person, focused on team work, result driven. Active knowledge of English language required. Scientific Excellence, Digital Excellence and Operational Excellence.
